InContext is an application that delivers real-time clinical data from the Health Information Exchange (HIE) directly within a healthcare provider’s EHR workflow. It embeds a SMARTonFHIR app that displays a patient’s medical history, care alerts, prescription drug monitoring program (PDMP) data, clinical information, and public health alerts—without requiring separate logins or navigation.
